Really enjoyed my first session! My coach was professional, knowledgeable and calming. I learnt effective techniques for managing stress in different situations and have already started using them in my daily routine. Highly recommend!
I really enjoyed my class. The handouts have been so helpful. The guided relaxations at the start and end felt like hypnotherapy. My teacher's voice was calming and therapeutic throughout.
The workshops were a place of calm and tranquility. I attended 2 and they were both excellent. They made me focus on my breath and wellness and it was wonderful to take a little time out of my busy schedule to do something for myself. I'm looking forward to the next one.
I left the session feeling calmer and more present than I have for days. Ellen and Zaila made everyone feel welcome. Ellen came across as kind and knowledgeable as she ran the group session. I hadn't used mywellnessmatch before but it was smooth sailing once I found where the buttons were.
